End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“you,” “user,” or “end user”) and Lead Flow (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of our web-based software platform, tools, and services made available through useleadflow.ca (the “Software” or “Platform”). By accessing, using, or registering for the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use the Software.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software strictly for your internal business purposes. This license does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or distribute the Software, nor does it grant any ownership rights to the Software or its content. Any use outside the scope of this license is prohibited without prior written permission from us.

To access our Software, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or a security breach related to your account.

You agree to use the Software in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Software for unlawful purposes or to harm, disable, overburden, or impair our services or interfere with any other party’s use. You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, adapt, translate, or attempt to derive the source code or structure of any part of the Software.

All content and functionality available through the Software—including but not limited to code, text, templates, user interface design, trademarks, and graphics—are the intellectual property of Lead Flow or our licensors. No part of the Software may be copied, reproduced, or used outside the scope of this Agreement without our prior written consent.

Some features of the Software may require a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription terms, including pricing and renewal, are presented during checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Software and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of this Agreement.

We provide the Software on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, functionality, or suitability of the Software for your specific needs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Flow disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Software.

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and business data. By using the Software, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

The Software may include integrations with third-party services. Your use of these third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Canada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

This Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any terms provided during registration or subscription, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lead Flow regarding your use of the Software. It supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, written or oral.
