Welcome to Leadflow. By accessing or using our website, software, or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of Leadflow, and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Leadflow (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

By opting in, you’ll receive helpful messages from Lead Flow about appointment reminders, onboarding support, feature updates, and occasional promotions — all designed to help you grow your business.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Leadflow provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables service businesses to automate lead response, follow-ups, client communication, and review requests. Our services are offered on a subscription basis and include access to our platform, onboarding support, and continued software updates. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, securing your account, and complying with all local laws and regulations.


To access our services, you may be required to provide accurate personal and business information during account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.


You agree not to misuse Leadflow’s services. This includes, but is not limited to: engaging in unauthorized access, attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with our software, using the platform for spamming, or violating any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.


All content and features available through Leadflow, including but not limited to software code, branding, designs, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Leadflow and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your business needs while you have an active subscription.


Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you choose to cancel your subscription, access to the platform and its features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.


Leadflow provides support services through email and scheduled calls. While we strive for maximum uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned interruptions.


We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or customer conversion. The performance of our software depends on your input, usage consistency, and other external factors beyond our control. You agree to use the service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadflow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.


This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadflow operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court, as applicable. You agree not to bring a class action or collective claim against us.


We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updates, you must stop using the service.
